Narudžbe sa stola
Narudžba sa stola (QR kod) sadrži samo broj stola, stavke i napomenu. Ne tražimo nikakve osobne podatke. Konobaru se prikazuje 24 sata, a čuva se godinu dana radi poslovne evidencije.
Narudžbe za van
Za narudžbu za van trebamo vaše ime i broj mobitela (da vas možemo nazvati u vezi s narudžbom) te spremamo sadržaj i iznos narudžbe i vrijeme preuzimanja. Pravna osnova je izvršenje vaše narudžbe. Ime i mobitel brišemo nakon 7 dana; sama narudžba (stavke i iznos, bez osobnih podataka) ostaje godinu dana radi poslovne evidencije.
Rezervacije stola
Za rezervaciju trebamo ime i broj mobitela (da vas možemo nazvati ili vam poslati potvrdu rezervacije porukom, SMS-om ili WhatsAppom, s broja restorana) te datum, vrijeme, broj osoba i vašu napomenu. Pravna osnova je izvršenje vašeg zahtjeva. Ime i mobitel brišemo 30 dana nakon datuma rezervacije; podatak o rezervaciji bez osobnih podataka ostaje godinu dana radi evidencije. Rezervaciju možete otkazati na istoj stranici.
Loyalty kartica – anonimna
Ako označite loyalty karticu, s prvom narudžbom dobivate nasumični kod kartice (npr. DEV-7K3Q-9XW2). Uz taj kod pamtimo samo ukupan iznos preuzetih narudžbi i broj narudžbi – bez imena, mobitela ili e-maila. Kod se čuva u pregledniku na vašem mobitelu; zapišite ga ako želite karticu koristiti na drugom uređaju. Karticu koja se dvije godine ne koristi brišemo automatski, a na vaš zahtjev (uz kod kartice) i ranije. Ne šaljemo vam nikakve poruke ni ponude.
AI asistent
Pitanja koja upišete u AI chat šaljemo pružatelju usluge Anthropic, PBC (izvršitelj obrade) kako bi njegov model Claude sastavio odgovor iz našeg jelovnika. Mi pitanja i odgovore ne spremamo; bilježimo samo broj pitanja radi zaštite od zlouporabe. Anthropic ih kratko čuva prema svojim pravilima i ne koristi ih za treniranje modela. U chat ne upisujte osobne podatke. Odgovori služe kao pomoć – za alergene uvijek provjerite s konobarom.
Gdje se podaci čuvaju
Podaci se čuvaju kod pružatelja usluge Cloudflare, Inc. (izvršitelj obrade), koji ih obrađuje samo po našem nalogu. Podatke ne prodajemo i ne dijelimo s trećima u marketinške svrhe. Na vašem uređaju pamtimo odabrani jezik, sadržaj narudžbe, kod loyalty kartice i, radi lakšeg sljedećeg naručivanja, ime i mobitel koje ste upisali u obrazac za van. Ne koristimo kolačiće za praćenje ni oglašavanje.
Vaša prava
Imate pravo na pristup svojim podacima, ispravak, brisanje, ograničenje obrade i prenosivost te pravo prigovora. Za sve zahtjeve javite nam se na +385 51 231 234 ili u restoranu. Ako smatrate da su vaša prava povrijeđena, možete podnijeti prigovor Agenciji za zaštitu osobnih podataka (azop.hr).

Who processes your data

Table orders
An order from a table (QR code) contains only the table number, the items and your note. We do not ask for any personal data. The waiter sees it for 24 hours; it is kept for one year for our business records.
Takeaway orders
For a takeaway order we need your name and mobile number (so we can call you about the order), and we store the order contents, total and pickup time. The legal basis is fulfilling your order. Your name and number are deleted after 7 days; the order itself (items and total, without personal data) is kept for one year for our business records.
Table reservations
For a reservation we need your name and mobile number (so we can call you or send you the confirmation by text message or WhatsApp from the restaurant's number), plus the date, time, number of guests and your note. The legal basis is handling your request. Your name and number are deleted 30 days after the reservation date; the reservation itself, without personal data, is kept for one year for our records. You can cancel on the same page.
Loyalty card – anonymous
If you tick the loyalty card, your first order gives you a random card code (e.g. DEV-7K3Q-9XW2). With that code we keep only the total of your collected orders and the number of orders – no name, phone number or e-mail. The code is stored in the browser on your phone; write it down if you want to use the card on another device. Cards not used for two years are deleted automatically, or earlier on request (with the card code). We do not send you any messages or offers.
AI assistant
Questions you type into the AI chat are sent to Anthropic, PBC (processor) so that its Claude model can write an answer from our menu. We do not store questions or answers; we only count the number of questions to prevent abuse. Anthropic keeps them briefly under its own policies and does not use them to train its models. Please do not enter personal data in the chat. Answers are for guidance only – always check allergens with your waiter.
Where the data is kept
Data is stored with Cloudflare, Inc. (processor), which processes it only on our instructions. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. On your device we keep your chosen language, your current order, your loyalty card code and, to make your next order easier, the name and phone number you entered in the takeaway form. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. For any request call us on +385 51 231 234 or ask at the restaurant. You can also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
